Delivery and Refund Policy
All our cakes will be thoroughly checked and packed before they are delivered out and will be packaged at a highly protective condition. It will be delivered to clients through our own in-house delivery. Customer must pre-order 3 days before expected date of receival to ensure that items are delivered on specified time.
All items are final sale.
Once orders are received, there is no turning back. What this means is, refunds to the orders will not be possible.
Please reach out to us within same day of delivery if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
We bake our goods with only the finest ingredients, and we take great care and pride in what we deliver to you. We will refund and/or replace goods upon request for orders in which the food is wrong or not delivered in full.
Refunds are not typically provided for food that a guest simply does not like.
